CONDITION TO PROSECUTE.
If therefore each of the said above bounden witnesses shall respectively appear at the next Criminal Sessions of the Supreme Court, and there give such evidence as he knoweth upon an indictment to be then and there preferred against one Leung Wo,
defendant for the to the Supreme Court and Jurors upon-
offence of
Murder,
the trial of the said defendant then the said recognizance to be void only as regards such witness so appearing or else to stand in full force and virtue.
